Shipping & Delivery

We use Australia Post to ship surfwear. 

Surfboards will take approximately 2 weeks to be delivered once completed. We currently only deliver surfboards to the East Coast of Australia. From the Sunshine Coast, QLD – Torquay, VIC. 

If you require delivery outside this area please contact us for a freight quote.

Returns

Please contact us at sales@jarven.com.au to obtain a return number. Please ensure you quote your online order number in the email. Returns without a return number will not be accepted.

Payments

We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) payments. Credit Card payments are processed securely using SecurePay.
